Short life update! I'm still working at UBC, but everything I am really truly excited about is not at all related to education. Perhaps I should work on changing careers. Last year was a very exciting year where I got featured on my favourite board game show, shut up & sit down, and we kickstarted a comic anthology that I am published in! Whoa!!
Here is that kickstarter (which is over, but if you are interested in getting a copy I can hook you up with an extra) and below is my SU&SD episode...
Noémi is in it too! Speaking of which we are still together and very happy. There will probably be an engagement announcement coming reasonably soon. Now that I've said it here, out loud, on the internet, you can hold me to it - but nobody else will find it but you fine friends, and you four spam robots over there, I see you there, don't you snitch on me. I trust you all with this secret of ours.
Peter is coming to visit in July and I could not be more excited. We plan on hanging out and playing board games and driving across the lovely mountains over to Calgary. We will also hopefully get over to Vic for the canada 150 celebration on canada day, if the ferries are not all the way full of people.
It is Noémi's birthday today and I must get to dinner and not be late. I hope your lives are fun and fulfilling. Oh yes and as Dan mentioned you should watch Noémi and I play old RPGs on the internet from time to time: https://www.twitch.tv/tuckinator
